Fully furnished with every amenity including a pool table! Open to medium-term or long-term rental, minimum 3 months.
Boasting 11-foot tall ceilings, and a spacious downstairs floor plan that includes a pool table, living room (with velvet sofas),... an open-air basement rec room with spiral staircase and fur bean bags.
Your comfortable and eclectic two-story home has three bedrooms, all hardwood floors, lots of windows to let in the Louisville sun, blackout curtains for those mornings you'd like to sleep in, king-size beds, and a patio to read a book, barbecue, take a nap. The house is dog and cat friendly, and they can run free in the large fully fenced-in backyard.
The kitchen includes premium dishwasher and laundry, and the 1st floor bathroom shower rains on you and is divine.
The backyard is a large, brick back patio that includes a grill, fountain, retro seating, and a German beer garden table. There are Christmas lights surrounding the patio that beautifully illuminate it at night.
There is a staircase from the kitchen to the second floor, which includes two more bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and desk, and the other a queen-size bed), as well as a large full bathroom with a shower that boasts two shower heads.
All of the bedrooms have plentiful space for hanging clothes and storing clothing.
Important notes:
* If you're interested in swapping some furniture out, we can work that out.
* This house CANNOT be used as an Airbnb, and under no circumstances can it be rented out to anyone at any time.
* If you're driving by, please keep in mind the neighborhood is in transition and there are several houses on the block that are being upgraded. Although a few houses across the street look shabby, it's the safest neighborhood we've ever lived in here in Louisville, and rates safer than even The Highlands and Clifton. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, too.
* NO INDOOR SMOKING.
